An ordained Assemblies of God minister, Pastor Keith M. Trump II has devoted many years of studies to Biblical Languages, including Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic. Before founding Carmel Assembly, he preached in churches spanning the United States and ministered in missions to Nicaragua and Haiti. He has also authored a number of scholarly papers and published articles.
In his spare time, Pastor Keith enjoys traveling, fine dining, watching Colts, Park Tudor, and Carmel Middle School football games, playing with his chocolate Labrador, Lucy, and participating in events with his children. He is a member of the Carmel chapter of Rotary International and is on the Board of Directors for Indiana Teen Challenge. Pastor Keith has been married to wife Lori for 17 years. They have a 17-year-old son, Keith III, a 14-year-old daughter, Veronica, a three-year-old son, Matthias, and another son on the way.
Children’s Pastors – Tim and Dee Trzil
Tim and Dee Trzil have both the drive and desire from God’s heart to see Carmel Assembly’s children’s ministries impact the kids of our city and change lives for Jesus Christ--in the most effective, energetic way possible. The couple were children’s pastors for 1½ years in Flint, Michigan at what is now called “Ignite Flint” before moving to Seminole, Florida. There, they teamed with children’s ministries at Suncoast Cathedral Assembly of God, working as leaders in reaching large groups of children. God’s awesome timing and power then moved them halfway across the country in October of 2009 to ignite that same fire with Carmel Assembly’s Kids Aflame.
Married for 16 years, Tim and Dee are the very proud parents of a 10-year-old son, T.J., and an 8-year-old daughter, Shelby. Pastor Tim is currently completing his degree in ministry through the online arm of Southeastern University.
Tim and Dee were called to children’s ministry in 2005 and have actively pursued that Divine Assignment ever since. Presently, they oversee Kids Aflame (ages K-5), Preschool (ages 3-4), and Nursery (ages 0-2) on Sundays, as well as Girl’s Clubs and Royal Rangers programs held on Wednesday evenings. The Trzil family is so excited about the change God has brought to Carmel Assembly of God through children’s ministry. They believe that children are not only our future, but our present, too. In Mark 10:14, Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me. Don’t keep them away. God’s kingdom belongs to people like them.” God’s power is available to children through His Holy Spirit, enabling them to heal, speak, and proclaim the Word of God!
Church Administrative Coordinator – Carrie Ward

Originally from Michigan, she graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Development. She has been married to her husband, Duane, for seven years and is the mother of 6-year-old son, Ethan, 4 ½ -year-old son, Isaac, and a chocolate Labrador named Savanah.
Carrie manages Carmel Assembly of God's business office as well as being active in the hospitality, preschool, Missionettes, and nursery ministries. She enjoys serving in a variety of ways and is excited for all that God has in store for our church.
Worship Leader – Keith Trump III
Though he’s a high school senior, 17-year-old Keith (aka Keithie) has been actively involved in music for many years. Whether performing in musicals before audiences of 1000+ or singing the national anthem at St. Louis Cardinals games, Keith’s life has always had music in the forefront. A skilled, award-winning violinist since the age of nine, Keith added acoustic guitar to his musical abilities lineup at age 14 and has enjoyed leading worship at Carmel Assembly for the past two years. A straight-A student at Park Tudor School, Keith studies violin with the renowned conductor of Orkestra Projekt, Jose Valencia. He studies voice with Jeanne DeVos Bowling, piano with Royce Thrush, and represents his school in various musical productions and competitions throughout the area. In his spare time, he is on the varsity wrestling team for Park Tudor, competes on the Speech Team (where he placed fifth at State Finals this year), and is an active member of the French and Environment clubs. This summer, he has enjoyed living and studying in France for seven weeks, speaking only French.
